Sample Digital Learning Tracker for Paid Apps
This tracker can be used as a reference guide for all apps being used in a district. It can be used by the Digital Learning Team, the IT Team, the Data Team, and the School Site Leadership Teams so everyone knows what apps are being used and the status of each app.
Tab 1 Digital Learning Systems Master:
This tab provides a bird’s eye view of all apps being used in the District. Information includes: how students sign-on (SSO), how students are rostered & if the app is integrated with Schoology
Tab 2 Active PUC App Contracts Master:
This tab includes type of app licenses (Teacher, Student or School) and # of app licenses being purchased by all schools in the district (Columns C - E), Contract Expiration dates for each app (Columns I - J) and Verification of Renewal of the apps (Column K), the Main POC at the school for each app (Champion/Owner Column L) & Main POC for contract/payment of the app (Contract/FISCAL Liason Column M)
Tabs 3 - 6 School-Based Tabs for School Leadership Team Reference.
Info from Tab 2 is auto-populated to tabs 3 - 6 by school using the Query function in Google Sheets.
Tab 7 Roles for App Access:
This tracker can be used to determine access to systems and apps for new employees.
