Belouga is a global-content, project, portfolio, and collaboration platform. Learners explore vetted stories, reflect on global questions, create projects, and share work within managed communities. Teachers organize classroom inquiry and discussion around the selected content. A project connects selected content with student reflection and contribution. Teachers coordinate identity and sharing so collaborative work retains its learning purpose and intended audience.
