Mystery Science is Discovery Education’s elementary science lesson program. Teachers use short videos, guiding questions, discussion, readings, and low-preparation hands-on activities organized into standards-connected units.A lesson produces observations, discussion, and hands-on evidence beyond the digital content. Teachers connect that work with the unit sequence and any locally maintained records of student understanding. The adopted edition and implementation determine the available digital records. Curriculum teams and teachers coordinate materials, access, and the interpretation of locally assessed work.
