Synergy Learning Management System is Edupoint’s K–12 LMS designed to operate with the Synergy Student Information System. It gives teachers a place to organize instruction, distribute content and assignments, communicate, assess student work, and manage grades while using student, course, and enrollment data already maintained in Synergy SIS.
The SIS supplies the student and course context, while the LMS organizes daily instructional work. Teachers and administrators coordinate assignments, grades, and term transitions within that shared environment. A classroom submission and an official academic entry can represent different stages of review. Their relationship depends on local grading practices and the connections actually configured.
At district scale, course setup, grading practices, term transitions, and account changes become shared responsibilities. Teaching, SIS, and technology teams coordinate how information moves between the classroom environment and official student records. The key questions are which system owns the final grade, how enrollment changes reach classes, and how learning records remain available after a course ends.
