Learning Explorer is a standards-aligned instructional-resource search and lesson-building platform. It is intended primarily for K–12 educators finding and organizing instructional resources, with teachers, coaches, curriculum leaders, and students using it to support resource discovery, lesson planning, curriculum mapping, and differentiated assignment.
Educators find, curate, adapt, and assign lessons and digital resources from multiple providers. Districts should evaluate how the product fits adopted curriculum, student needs, instructional time, and the work educators must do around it.
Learning Explorer and Educational Leadership Solutions (ELS) merged in January 2024. The publisher now presents Pathways Learning Studio as a connected environment for learning, assessment, analytics and instructional resources, with a phased rollout announced for 2026. Learning Explorer, Lesson Planet, ScootPad and the Pathways assessment products retain distinct product histories; a company merger does not establish that a district uses every component.
