IXL is an adaptive multi-subject practice and assessment platform. Students answer sequenced questions with explanations and recommendations while teachers assign skills and inspect diagnostic and standards reports. Skill progress, diagnostics, and activity describe related but different evidence. Teachers connect those reports with the student’s course and observed understanding before choosing the next instructional step.
