ALEKS is McGraw Hill’s adaptive mathematics and chemistry courseware system. ALEKS assesses topic knowledge, builds an individualized learning path, assigns practice and assessment, and reports progress across course objectives.
Topic mastery estimates, practice, and course objectives form the learning record. Teachers connect that evidence with observed reasoning and local grading expectations. Online completion and awarded credit are separate decisions. Local educators retain responsibility for supervision and the relationship to the school’s official academic record.
