Certification Error - Fall 2

Fall 2 certification errors evaluate staff, course, section, and student course data after file-level errors have been resolved. These checks often identify missing relationships, unexpected year-to-year changes, or incomplete instructional information. Use the applicable certification and supporting reports to identify the records requiring correction before certifying Fall 2.

CERT046 Staff FTE > 200% or <5%

The sum of Staff FTE for all Job Classifications for an individual staff member in the LEA is either more than 200% or less than 5%.

CERT050 Administrator Staff Assignment Missing

There are no administrators at the School.

CERT051 Pupil Services Staff Assignment Missing

There are no pupil services staff at the School.

CERT052 Itinerant or Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher Staff Assignment Missing

If there are two or more CRSE records with the same Class ID, Course Section ID, and School of Course Delivery, but with different SEIDS, then Multiple Teacher Code should be populated for each record.
