Review and correct the records
- Use the SEID and Census Day employment record to confirm that the educator holds an instructional assignment (SASS 8.13 = 13). Check the staff profile on Report 4.4.
- Look for the educator’s course assignments across the LEA on Report 4.3 or in the posted CRSE records. For an educator serving more than one site, compare SASS 8.05 and CRSE 9.05 to diagnose school-code or scheduling mismatches. A mismatch at one school alone does not establish that the educator has no courses.
- Compare the master schedule and actual teaching duties with the posted assignment and course records. Correct the record that is inaccurate. Include supported itinerant or pull-out/push-in sections when applicable.
- Repost the corrected data, refresh the Fall 2 snapshot, and confirm the SEID is linked to the documented section and SDEM0684F2 clears.
