Fall 2 flags a regular CRSE section with no matching SCSE student enrollment as fatal when neither teaching indicator is Yes.
Review and correct the records
- Check the Itinerant Teacher and Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher indicators in CRSE 9.37 and 9.38. This fatal check applies when both are blank or No.
- Match the school of course delivery, academic year, academic term, local course ID (when populated) and course section ID across CRSE and SCSE. Compare the master schedule with the student roster.
- Correct an inaccurate section key or submit the actual missing enrollments. If the section was submitted in error, correct the source schedule. Repost and regenerate the Fall 2 snapshot.
- If either teaching indicator is Yes, CALPADS permits a genuinely unrostered section. Review CRSE0754F2, the flagged-section warning.
