The individual record may already have passed transactional validation. An accepted SASS assignment lacks an active SDEM person record. Certification evaluates the assembled snapshot and its cross-record relationships.

Wait for processing, regenerate the certification snapshot, and confirm both the error and downstream counts are corrected.
Retained official CALPADS guidance
Verify that a demographic record exists and make sure it is active on information day. CDD will only trigger where the SASS Academic Year is the same as the current Academic Year.
