Understanding the Error: All Parent Guardian 1 fields (First Name, Last Name, or Highest Education Level Code) must be populated in the most recent SINF overlapping Census Day if the SENR record for the student on Census Day has an Enrollment Status code = 10 or 30 and Exit Reason does not equal = N470 (NoShow). Suggested resolution: 1) Verify that data is provided in the submission for Guardian 1 First Name, Guardian 1 Last Name and Parent Guardian Highest Education Level Code fields. OR 2) If the data for Guardian 1 First Name, Guardian 1 Last Name, or Parent/Guardian Highest Education Level Code is unknown, do not submit any data for any of the three fields. All three fields must either be NULL or all must be populated.
