Understanding the Error: If SEID (8.07) in the SASS record for the current Academic Year is not 9999999999 AND For the same SEID, Reporting LEA, and AY, no SDEM record exists where the Effective Start Date is in between 7/1 - Report Through Date (inclusive) Note: The validation was created to encourage the update of SDEM records every year, and in particular, the Staff Service Years fields.
