CRSE0754F2 · Flagged course section with no student enrollment

A Fall 2 course section has an itinerant or pull-out/push-in teaching assignment flag set to Y and no matching Student Course Section Enrollment (SCSE) record.

How to review the record

  1. Verify the teaching assignment

Review Itinerant Teaching Assignment (CRSE 9.37) and Pull-Out/Push-In Teaching Assignment (CRSE 9.38) against the actual instructional assignment. Correct a flag only if the assignment was reported inaccurately.

  2. Match the section keys

Compare school, academic year, academic term and course section ID on the CRSE and SCSE records. If the school intended to submit a roster, trace missing students and mismatched keys back to the master schedule and enrollment records.

  3. Resolve or retain the warning

Submit corrected CRSE or SCSE data when the records support a change, then review the refreshed Fall 2 results. For a correctly flagged section, the roadmap encourages student rosters and makes them optional. An intentionally unrostered section can retain this warning.
