Fall 2 Errors

The Fall 2 CALPADS Certification process also involves the uploading of four separate files. Instead of focusing primarily on student data, the Fall 2 files look at staff/teacher data and course/section data.

First upload the Staff Demographics (SDEM) file, then the Staff Assignment (SASS) file.

Once these are complete and accurate, you can upload the course (CRSE) and section enrollment (SCSE) files. The Fall 2 process paints a picture of who is teaching at each school, and in which classes the students are enrolled.
