Date format does not match Calpads File Specifications.
Specifically, the staff member's birth date must by an 8 digit number following the CCYYMMDD format.
A staff member born on March 21, 1968, for example, would be correct if it was 19680321.

Understanding the Error:
The CALPADS File Specifications document designates the format for date fields submitted in a file for upload into CALPADS. One or more of the fields in this file are not in the required format.
Specifically, the date must by an 8 digit number following the CCYYMMDD format.
