No Demographics For A Staff Assignment

Verify that the Staff Assignment data is valid for the SEID. If not valid, correct the Staff Assignment record. If the Staff Assignment data is valid, determine if Staff Demographics records were submitted for which no Staff Assignment was found.

(Check to see if CERT084 error has occurred and determine if the Staff Demographics record generating it belongs to this Staff Assignment record.) If a demographic record belongs to this assignment record, correct the Staff Demographics record so that it contains the correct SEID, etc. If none of the above eliminate the error, either submit a Staff Demographic record or remove the Staff Assignment record.
