Error Description
If SSID is retired and Student Gender Code and Student Date of Birth Year in file do not match Student Gender Code and Student Date of Birth Year of current SSID in ODS Then do not replace SSID's Student Course Section

1) Verify that correct SSID was included in the file for the student whose student course section is being updated
OR
2) Verify that gender and year of birth are correct in the file for the student whose student course section is being updated
