End of Year Errors

A CTE participant is a student who has completed the equivalent of a conventional 50-minute class taken five times per week for 180 school days, or approximately 150 hours of instruction in a state-recognized CTE sequence or program. LEAs must submit these data in order for the CDE to create the required federal Perkins reports.

The STAS (Student Attendance) file captures the total enrollment of each student and compares to the expected enrollment. Excused and unexcused absences, plus suspensions/explusions, are recorded in this file.

Once your End of Year data is uploaded to CALPADS, don't forget to CERTIFY your Discipline and SCTE files!
