Student Enrollment Record in Previous AY Not Exited
SeverityError Description
A student that was enrolled any time between July 1 and June 30 of the previous Academic Year and has not been exited prior to August 16 of the reporting Academic Year.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: All student records must be exited at the end of the school year. A student has an enrollment in the previous academic year (7/1 - 6/30) that was not exited prior to the 8/16 active reporting date range of the current academic year.
For example during the 2017-18 EOY 3 collection window, a student with an enrollment start date in the 2016-17 academic year must be exited prior to 8/16/2017.
Suggested Resolution: Exit the student(s) with a date prior to 8/16 of the active reporting academic year. If the student is still enrolled, create a new enrollment for the student being sure to provide the correct grade level for the active reporting academic year.
