No SCTE Records submitted for a Carl Perkins Program-funded LEA

Understanding the Error:  The system is validating that an LEA that received Carl Perkins Career Technical Education Program funding in the current reporting year has submitted CTE concentrators and completers via the Student Career Technical Education (SCTE) file. A participating LEA district MUST have CTE concentrators or completers.

Suggested Resolution: Ensure you have uploaded your SCTE file for the current reporting year for any schools in the LEA that are participating in the Carl Perkins Program.
