Understanding the Error:

Ed Code 48900(k)(2) states that being disruptive and/or defiant shall not be grounds for expulsion.

Note: SIRS and SOFF are associated by SSID, School of Attendance, and Incident Local ID

Things to check for in submission: Check the values of the fields listed in the fields validated section.

Suggested Resolution:

Change the Student Offense Code or the Incident Result Code.
