SeverityError Description
A student has a waiver record (SWAV), but does not have a program record (SPRG) with Education Program Code = 101 or 144.
Suggested Resolution
Understanding the Error: Only disabled students should have Waiver (SWAV) records.
This student has a Waiver record but does not have a Student Program (SPRG) record that indicates the student is disabled, with Education Program Code = 101 (504 Accommodation Plan) or code 144 (Special Education.)
Suggested Resolution: Add a Student Program record for this student, with Education Program Code = 101 or 144. Or, if the student was recorded with a SWAV record in error, simply remove the SWAV record.
