Pear Assessment is the current name for Edulastic within Pear Deck Learning. It supports classroom, common, benchmark, and test-practice assessments with technology-enhanced items, item banks, standards alignment, configurable testing settings, accommodations, and district reporting.
Item versions, scoring rules, accommodations, and testing dates give results their meaning. Assessment staff and teachers coordinate those details before comparing students, classrooms, or successive administrations. A score needs its measure, date, grade or level, and administration context to remain meaningful when reused in a dashboard or support discussion.
