i-Ready Inform, formerly i-Ready Diagnostic, is Curriculum Associates' adaptive reading and mathematics assessment for grades K–12. It reports student performance by domain and skill to support instructional planning. Teachers and district teams use results to identify learning needs, form groups, set goals, and monitor growth across assessment windows.
Assessment windows, student identifiers, and domain results connect the measure to instructional decisions. Teachers interpret the results alongside classroom work, while district teams examine growth across comparable administrations. Data teams preserve the original measure and scoring context when results are matched with other records. Scores from different instruments are not automatically interchangeable.
