Remind Hub is a schoolwide communication platform for announcements and two-way messaging among administrators, educators, students, and families. It uses familiar text-message-style communication while protecting personal phone numbers and supporting mobile app, SMS, email, and web access.
Conversation access follows school, class, and family relationships. Staff coordinate recipient membership and contact changes so outreach reaches the intended people without relying on personal phone-number exchanges. Sending a message and successfully reaching the intended person are different events. Staff review contact quality and delivery information as part of ongoing outreach.
