ParentSquare is a unified K–12 school-to-home communication platform that brings district alerts, school announcements, classroom messaging, forms, attendance outreach, appointments, payments, and family engagement into one system. The platform synchronizes roster and contact data, automatically translates communication, and lets families receive messages through the app, web, email, SMS, or voice according to the activity and their preferences.
Family relationships, contact preferences, and class membership determine who receives each message. School offices and communication teams share responsibility for the source data and the audiences built from it. Sending a message and successfully reaching the intended person are different events. Staff review contact quality and delivery information as part of ongoing outreach.
