Naviance is PowerSchool's college, career, and life-readiness platform for middle and high schools. It gives students a structured place to identify interests and strengths, explore careers and postsecondary options, build plans, and manage the work required to move from high school into college, training, military service, or employment.
Counselors and administrators use Naviance to assign readiness activities, monitor student plans, coordinate college applications and supporting documents, and report on progress across schools.
