Scoir is a college discovery, application, and admissions network connecting students, families, high-school counselors, community organizations, and colleges. For K–12 schools, it gives students tools to identify colleges, build a list, compare affordability and fit, plan application work, and submit documents while counselors manage caseloads, recommendations, transcripts, deadlines, and outcomes.
Application milestones connect students with counselors, recommendations, transcripts, and deadlines. School staff coordinate authoritative academic documents while students manage their choices and outstanding tasks. Counseling and data staff distinguish a planned milestone from verified completion. Reporting remains dependent on current academic information and the requirements applicable to that student.

- Helps students research and compare two-year, four-year, technical, and trade institutions using academic, financial, social, and personal-fit information.
- Supports lists, recommendations, visits, and family collaboration around possible schools.
Application management
- Organizes application requirements, deadlines, essays, recommendations, transcripts, and outcomes.
- Provides student and counselor workflows for Common App and other supported application routes.
Counselor operations
- Centralizes student profiles, documents, communications, tasks, reports, and caseload views.
- Helps staff identify missing work and manage high-volume application periods.
Family and community support
- Allows parents or guardians and authorized community-based organizations to participate in the planning process.
- Keeps roles and visibility distinct while connecting the adults supporting a student.
Connected admissions network
- Connects high schools and students with participating colleges for discovery, engagement, application, and document workflows.
- Supports SIS integration and SSO or rostering options including Clever and ClassLink; districts should verify their specific configuration.
