MajorClarity is a college and career readiness platform that links career discovery with academic plans and postsecondary action. Students complete career assessments and hands-on 'test-drive' activities, compare careers and education options, create multiyear course plans, track applications and transcripts, and document work-based learning and employability skills.
Career exploration becomes actionable when connected with academic plans and opportunities. Counselors and program staff reconcile student choices, course availability, and evidence of completed readiness activities. Counseling and data staff distinguish a planned milestone from verified completion. Reporting remains dependent on current academic information and the requirements applicable to that student.

Academic planning
- Supports four- and six-year course plans aligned with district catalogs, graduation rules, and student goals.

- Tracks applications, deadlines, transcripts, resumes, and other transition tasks.

- Supports local opportunities, experience tracking, employer connections, and competency-based microcredentials.
- Connects exploration with practical experiences and evidence of readiness.
District analytics
- Reports student interests, plans, completion, and readiness indicators to counseling, CTE, and district leaders.
- Can inform scheduling, program investment, staffing, and pathway design when used with local course and workforce data.
