Securly Pass is a digital hall-pass and student-movement system with an added PBIS recognition module. Schools use it to manage pass requests, limit hallway traffic, prevent selected student meetups, track tardies and time out of class, and maintain a real-time picture of student movement.
A pass connects student identity with permission, destination, and elapsed time. School teams coordinate roster accuracy and review patterns while keeping movement activity distinct from formal attendance and disciplinary decisions.

Hall-pass management
- Lets students request passes and staff approve, deny, schedule, or create them.
- Tracks active passes, destinations, duration, room availability, and student movement in real time.
Rules, safety, and tardies
- Applies pass limits, time limits, contact restrictions, and other schoolwide controls.
- Tracks tardies and supports reporting on missed instructional time and hallway patterns.
PBIS recognition
- Awards positive-behavior points manually or through configured actions such as on-time arrival.
- Supports class or group awards, school values, student point views, reward catalogs, and behavior reports.
Operational reporting
- Reports pass frequency, duration, destinations, patterns, tardies, and PBIS activity.
- Can work with related Securly visitor and emergency-management capabilities, depending on licensing.
