Edlio is a unified K–12 communications platform centered on a school website content-management system. District and school staff can publish pages, news, calendars, staff directories, teacher pages, media, alerts, forms, and other community information without coding while administrators manage branding, permissions, and site structure.
Public information is maintained by many contributors. Communications teams oversee publishing permissions and content ownership, while school editors keep local news, staff information, and events up to date. Publishing information creates a continuing maintenance responsibility. Ownership and review dates help distinguish authoritative public content from material that has become outdated.
