ActivityHero helps districts manage expanded-learning enrollment, rosters, attendance, communications, and reporting in one platform. Families can enroll students in programs across sites, while staff can maintain current rosters and record attendance from desktop or mobile devices.
Role-based access can include district employees and outside providers without giving every user a full SIS account. Reporting supports program oversight and funding requirements such as ELO-P, ASES, and 21st CCLC; districts should still validate local CALPADS, fiscal, attendance, privacy, and audit procedures.
