ActivityHero helps districts manage expanded-learning enrollment, rosters, attendance, communications, and reporting in one platform. Families can enroll students in programs across sites, while staff can maintain current rosters and record attendance from desktop or mobile devices.
Enrollment, attendance, and program participation describe different stages of expanded learning. School and program staff reconcile rosters and daily attendance across sites while coordinating family communication and reporting. Participation reporting depends on which students were enrolled and expected at a session. Program leaders and school data staff reconcile those dates and identities before using attendance totals.

ActivityHero is an expanded-learning management system from Aeries Software for after-school programs, enrichment classes, attendance recovery, field trips, and other out-of-school-time services. It centralizes family enrollment, program rosters, attendance, communications, reporting, and provider access.
The platform connects with major student information systems, including Aeries, PowerSchool, Synergy, Infinite Campus, and Aequitas Q. Districts can use SIS information for parent access, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, enrollment priorities, and sliding-scale pricing while limiting staff or vendor access by site and program.
