Replicon, now part of Deltek, is a time-tracking and workforce-management platform for employee time, attendance, leave, project hours, labor costs, billing, and compliance. It helps organizations capture how staff time is spent and send approved records to payroll, finance, project, and HR systems.
Recorded hours and leave require the correct employee, period, activity, and approval. Supervisors and payroll staff reconcile those details before time becomes pay or labor-cost information.
