Infinite Campus Messenger is the notification capability built into the Infinite Campus SIS. It lets districts send attendance, emergency, general, teacher, and other messages to students, guardians, and staff using current enrollment and contact data.The SIS supplies the relationship between students, guardians, classes, and schools. That shared context supports targeted messages, while staff maintain contact accuracy and review delivery information. Sending a message and successfully reaching the intended person are different events. Staff review contact quality and delivery information as part of ongoing outreach.

Multichannel delivery- Sends inbox, email, SMS, and voice communication according to licensed components.

Automated notifications- Generates attendance and other recurring messages from SIS events or thresholds.
- Uses templates and schedules to reduce repetitive staff work.
Preferences and reporting- Lets guardians manage eligible contact preferences through Campus Parent.
- Provides message status, delivery, and communication history for authorized staff.
