Aeries Analytics is the reporting, dashboard, and early-warning component built into the Aeries student information system. It turns current SIS information—including attendance, grades, discipline, assessments, program participation, interventions, graduation progress, and California college-and-career indicators—into configurable charts, student groups, and watchlists.
Because the analytics operate directly on Aeries data, districts do not need to build a separate warehouse or routine export for the supported indicators. Teachers and administrators can move from a district or school dashboard to the individual students behind a result, then create groups or record interventions using the same operational student record.

Integrated SIS analytics
- Uses current Aeries student, enrollment, attendance, gradebook, transcript, discipline, program, assessment, and intervention data.
- Avoids a separate data-load process for information already maintained in Aeries.
Dashboards and drill-down- Provides ready-to-use dashboard libraries and tools for creating district-defined indicators, charts, and views.
- Lets authorized users filter results and drill from summary measures to student lists and individual records.
Early warning- Calculates district-configured at-risk indicators and thresholds by school and grade level.
- Creates watchlists and dynamic student groups that update as source information changes.
California reporting- Includes dashboards and indicators for LCAP, A–G, CCI, ELPAC, SBAC, chronic absence, graduation, and special programs.
- Supports subgroup analysis and role-based distribution of dashboards to district and school staff.

Aeries has long had built in assessment tools like Pre-IDs, Test Loads, Test Analysis Reports, Test Scoring, and Multiple Measures features. Analytics is a fully web-based system and takes advantage of new technologies that provide a rich user interface and features only previously available to client-based systems.

Development is being done in conjunction with changes to the Aeries Gradebook and focuses on the needs of teachers to link assessments with standards-based grade reporting. Aeries Analytics is a fully web-based system and takes advantage of new technologies that provide a rich user interface and features only previously available to client-based systems.
