PBIS Rewards is a schoolwide platform for operating a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports program. Staff recognize students with digital points tied to school expectations; students redeem those points through stores, events, or raffles; and administrators review usage and outcome data instead of managing paper tickets and disconnected records.
Points connect a student, expectation, staff action, and redemption history. School leaders review how consistently recognition is used before drawing conclusions about participation or behavior patterns. Recording practices influence apparent patterns. Teams consider context, consistent definitions, and the population represented before comparing classrooms, schools, or student groups.

Recognition and digital token economy
- Lets any authorized staff member award points to students or groups from web and mobile apps.
- Manages school and teacher stores, events, raffles, inventories, and point redemption.
Tiered behavior supports
- Tracks Check-In/Check-Out goals and progress for students receiving Tier II support.
- Offers configurable office-discipline referral and SEL/status-check functions; some capabilities are add-ons.
Student, family, and staff engagement
- Gives students and families access to point, referral, and progress information.
- Supports house groups and optional staff recognition to strengthen schoolwide participation.
Reporting and district oversight
- Reports on student progress, staff use, referrals, interventions, and program fidelity.
- Provides district-level views for multi-school implementations.
