Certification and Real Time Reports
Review reports used throughout the Fall 1, Fall 2, and End-of-Year submission cycles. These reports help LEAs validate student, staff, course, program, discipline, and special education data before certification and monitor current CALPADS records between reporting periods.
Fall 1
Review enrollment, exits, dropouts, LCFF unduplicated pupil counts, and students with disabilities reported for Fall 1 certification.
Fall 2
Validate English learner services, course enrollment, class size, staff assignments, and postsecondary outcomes for Fall 2 certification.
End of Year 1
Review cumulative enrollment, programs, discipline, attendance, special education, expanded learning, and other year-end student outcomes.
End of Year 2
Validate graduates and completers, completed courses, career technical education, educational options, and work-based learning outcomes.
