CALPADS Reports

Review reports used throughout the Fall 1, Fall 2, and End-of-Year submission cycles. These reports help LEAs validate student, staff, course, program, discipline, and special education data before certification and monitor current CALPADS records between reporting periods.

Provide county offices and charter-authorizing LEAs with oversight views of enrollment, English learner services, staffing, programs, course completion, discipline, attendance, and other reported outcomes across the agencies they support or authorize.

Identify records that did not pass CALPADS submission validation. These reports provide candidate lists and detailed student, staff, assignment, and course-section errors so LEAs can correct source data and resubmit affected records.

Give SELPAs focused views of students with disabilities, including education plans, services, settings, meetings, timelines, postsecondary outcomes, discipline, and completion data. These reports support reconciliation, monitoring, and coordination between SELPAs and their member LEAs.

Support accountability reviews and ongoing program monitoring with reports covering cohort outcomes, special education timelines, low-incidence disabilities, meetings, evaluations, and transitions. Use them to identify students or records requiring closer review and follow-up.
