What CALPADS is rejecting

District of Geographic Residence Code must be populated if student has an enrollment status of primary (10) or short-term (30), student transfer code is 1 (Formal Interdistrict Transfer Agreement), 2 (Public School Choice), 3 (Unsafe School Choice Option), 4 (District of Choice), or 6 (Other Transfer) and Reporting LEA is a COE and the COE school is not a charter school and not a Juvenile Court School; OR if the school is a charter school operating a County Community, Opportunity or Special Education program

Understanding the Error: A student who has an enrollment start date that is after 6/30/2014, an enrollment status of primary (10) or short-term (30) and who is attending either a COE that is a Non-Charter school, a COE that is a Non-Juvenile Court school, or a Charter school operating a County Community (COMM), Opportunity (OPP) or, Special Education (SPEC) program, have a student transfer code of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 and does not have a District of Geographic Residence Code. Suggested Resolution: Populate the District of Geographic Residence Code (1.31).
