Understanding the Error: The system is validating that if on census day: 1) a student is aged 3 or older; and 2) is enrolled with a Non-ADA enrollment status (50) without another; and enrollment on census day that is primary (10) or short term (30) from any LEA; and 3) is eligible and participating Student with Disabilities (SWDS) record then they should also have a corresponding Special Education Plan (PLAN) record on census day at the same Reporting LEA as the Non-ADA enrollment LEA. NOTE: The Reporting LEA for SWDS record does not need to be the same as the Reporting LEA in the SENR record that overlaps census day. Suggested Resolution: Verify that student has a PLAN record that overlaps the enrollment at the same Reporting LEA on census day.
