PowerSchool eSchoolPlus SIS is a district student information system for enrollment, demographics, scheduling, attendance, grades, transcripts, discipline, health, activities, and required reporting. Teacher, student, and family applications provide access to classroom and student information.
Attendance, scheduling, and grading work meet in the same student history. District reporting and connected applications depend on schools maintaining consistent enrollment dates, course assignments, and student identities. A stable student identifier provides continuity across years and schools. Enrollment and course dates determine which records belong to a particular roster, service, or reporting period.
For district data leaders, the system’s significance is the reach of its shared records. Changes to enrollment, identity, or program history can affect access, services, and reporting. Schools, program owners, and technology staff coordinate who approves changes, when they take effect, and how corrections reach receiving systems and reporting processes.
