Asset Panda is a configurable cloud asset-management platform used by schools to maintain technology, capital equipment, grant-funded items, research assets, furniture, audiovisual equipment, and other institutional property. It records custody, location, funding, condition, cost, documents, and lifecycle activity across campuses.
Custody and location connect an asset to the people using it. Inventory staff reconcile those details with cost, condition, and lifecycle events for audits, deployment, and replacement planning. Device or item identifiers provide continuity when users and locations change. Inventory, technology, and business staff share responsibility for reconciling custody and administrative records.

Scanning and transactions
- Uses barcode, QR, mobile, import, or bulk workflows to add, verify, assign, transfer, check out, return, and retire assets.
- Preserves custody and movement history for accountability.
Audits and planning
- Provides inventory counts, discrepancy review, reports, dashboards, maintenance history, depreciation, and replacement information where configured.
- Helps districts prepare for audits, recover missing items, and plan purchases and refreshes.
