Evaluat’d is a K–12 employee-performance evaluation platform that lets districts reproduce their negotiated forms and rubrics in an online workflow. HR teams use it to assign cycles, track completion, notify participants, collect observations and signatures, and retain evaluation records.
Evaluation cycles connect an employee, evaluator, agreed rubric, evidence, and completion dates. HR staff manage the formal record while supervisors and educators contribute observations and acknowledgments. Evaluation records have a formal personnel purpose. HR and supervisors coordinate permitted access, approved forms, timelines, and the handling of completed documentation.
