Closegap provides student wellbeing check-ins and self-guided activities, with information for authorized school staff to review and follow up. It supports school outreach and does not replace crisis procedures or qualified mental-health care.
A check-in creates an opportunity for adult review and connection. School staff coordinate who follows up and how concerns relate to the student-support process without treating the response as a clinical diagnosis. Collection must be connected to a human review process. The school’s procedures determine who follows up, how promptly, and where any subsequent support is documented.
