SchoolCafé is a family-facing school-nutrition portal for supported meal-account payments, applications, menus, and related services. Families use the functions enabled by their district, with PrimeroEdge providing a related back-office nutrition-management environment where deployed.
The portal connects a family with the nutrition services enabled by its district. Nutrition staff reconcile family submissions and payment activity with the back-office records used to operate the meal program. A payment confirmation and an updated operational balance may occur at different times. Local reconciliation establishes how those records correspond.
