RevTrak by Vanco Education is a K–12 payment platform for meal accounts, fees, stores, registrations, activities, events, and other district collections. Families can pay online while districts centralize transaction reporting and reconciliation.
A web payment needs its charge, purchaser, school, and financial destination to remain traceable. Bookkeepers and district finance staff reconcile collections and adjustments across the supported programs. Posting and settlement may follow different schedules. Business staff maintain the references needed to trace a family transaction into the district’s financial reconciliation process.
