Finalsite Mass Notifications, formerly Blackboard Connect and ParentLink, is a K–12 communication platform for sending district, school, attendance, emergency, and classroom messages through voice calls, SMS, email, mobile-app notifications, websites, and social media.
The platform synchronizes recipient and relationship data from district systems, supports targeted and automated outreach, translates messages into many languages, and reports delivery and engagement. It gives districts one operational channel for urgent alerts and routine family communication while allowing recipients to manage eligible preferences.
