Find discrepancies: Compare the supporting student list with the special education system. Check plan, meeting, service, disability, setting, status, and effective dates with program staff. It is aggregate, but review small cells, access restrictions, and local disclosure requirements before sharing.

When nonparticipation reason 22 applies

Check the evaluation and the consent record. Reason 22 covers missing parental consent for an initial Part B evaluation at transition from Part C. It also covers missing parental consent for reevaluation of an eligible student placed in private school by the parent.
