Rule: A submitted nonsecondary enrollment exit may not occur after a prior Completion Status 100 graduation. Secondary status 20 and qualifying N470 records are excluded.

Official field-number correction: Some SENR0586 prose labels Enrollment Exit Date as 1.23. Version 18 uses 1.25; field 1.23 is Enrollment Status.
